Get DOT Crosshair
DOT Crosshair costs nothing and reaches you through two channels. You can grab it via the Microsoft Store, or pick up the signed installer directly from Mako Logics LLC on this page. The software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11, and it handles its own updates.

Install and set up

Click Download for Windows to start the process. The resulting file, DOT-Crosshair-x64.msix, weighs in at roughly 55 MB.

Launch the downloaded file. A Windows dialog will pop up and display Publisher: Mako Logics LLC. Simply click Install to proceed.

Launch the app. The settings panel will pop open, and a little icon shows up beside the clock in your system tray.

Start by selecting a shape and its color. Then, tweak the size, thickness, gap, and outline to get the look you want.

Important:Head to your game's video settings and choose either Fullscreen Borderless or Windowed as the display mode. Exclusive fullscreen blocks all overlays, so you will not see this one if that option is active.

Start the game up. Want a different crosshair for that title? Link a configuration to it in DOT Crosshair, and the switch will happen automatically going forward.
Updates are automatic
Your software keeps itself current automatically. DOT Crosshair looks for a new version every day. If it finds one, an Update now button appears. Windows confirms the signature from Mako Logics LLC before it installs any update.

How to tell it's genuine
Always verify the publisher before executing a download. You can do this by right-clicking the file and selecting Properties, then checking the Digital Signatures tab. Alternatively, look at the publisher name displayed on your Windows install screen. A legitimate copy of DOT Crosshair will show a signature from Mako Logics LLC. If that signature is absent or lists a different name, stop the process and let us know via support@dotcrosshair.com. This website and the Microsoft Store are the sole official sources for the software.
